Welcome! I’m Karen Hamilton, certified yoga instructor, wellness educator, and senior yoga specialist with over 20+ years of experience helping people move better, feel better, and thrive as they age.

What makes Yoga for Empowered Aging© unique?


We move beyond fitness-focused yoga. My classes blend somatic and anatomy-based movement to help you build strength, flexibility, balance, and agility — while also supporting your nervous system health for better stress resilience and healing.
